Delivery Information

Standard Delivery 

We use courier service for delivery and expect parcels to be delivered within 4 to 6 days. During busy periods, delivery time may be longer. Standard delivery charges are £5.00 fix for any order. To avoid any extra charges, Collect in Store is FREE. 

Collect in Store

Place your order online and select pickup from Store at checkout to come in and collect your order for free. We will call you when your order is ready for collection.

Summer Period

We hold sufficient levels of stock for each item advertised on the website, however, should we be out of stock we expect to be able to turn your order around within 14 days. During the busy summer period this turn-around time can take considerably longer. Should any issues arise we will alert you immediately and offer an approximate delivery date for your items. For any special requirements please place your orders well in advance. Please have special consideration for lack of stock due to coronavirus, as deliveries have been affected globally. We are trying our utmost to minimize disruption to customers.
